Maintaining Controllable Assets and Devices

The Asset and Controllable Asset portals are used to display and maintain controllable asset and device records.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Asset Management, then select Asset. The Asset Query portal and Asset Search zone open which you can use to search for the controllable asset/device you wish to view. When you select an asset, the Controllable Asset portal opens displaying the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Controllable Asset: This zone displays basic information about the asset record associated with the controllable asset.

    • Click Calculate Score to manually calculate the control score for the asset. The score is calculated based on the Score Calculation Rule configured for the program subscription or program subscription type associated with the program in which the asset is enrolled. See Score Calculation Rule (LINK) for more information the Score Calculation Rule. If no rule is configured, the Calculate Score button does nothing. This option is only available if the asset's Status and Asset Disposition are "Installed".

  • Attachments: This zone lists any attachments related to the asset record associated with the controllable asset.

  • Asset Service History: This zone displays a log of the service history that has been recorded for the life of the asset.

  • Notes: This zone lists any notes for the asset record associated with the controllable asset.

  • Disposition History: This zone displays a log of the status and location changes for the life of the asset

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Device tab page:

  • Controllable Device: This zone displays the device record associated with the controllable asset. (Controllable assets/devices have both asset and device records)

  • Device Attachments: This zone lists any attachments related to the device record associated with the controllable asset.

  • Device Log: This zone display log information for the device record associated with the controllable asset.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Log tab page:

  • Asset Log: This zone display log information for the asset record associated with the controllable asset.

  • Asset Sync Requests: This zone lists data synchronization requests associated with the asset record associated with the controllable asset.

  • Asset Shipping Memos: This zone lists shipping memos associated with the asset record  associated with the controllable asset.
