Service Class Criteria

Service class on the crew shift assists the system in scheduling activities:

• Indicates the type of work a shift is able to perform.
• Prompts the system to prefer one service class over another.

A list of service classes can be defined on the crew shift to enable it to be matched with the service class listed on the activity.
