Defining Out of Service Locations

The Out of Service Location portal is used to display and maintain out of service locations.

You can access the portal from Admin, select O, and then select Out of Service Location. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching. Once your record has been selected you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Out of Service Location: This zone provides information about the out of service location, such as address information, field information and contacts.
  • Current Activities: This zone lists the current activities associated to the location.
  • Asset Summary: This zone displays statistical information about assets currently associated with the location.
  • Attachments: This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the specific record.
