Defining Shift Plan Templates

The Shift Plan Template portal is used to display and maintain shift plans.

You can access the portal from Admin, select S, then select Shift Plan Template. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching. Once your record has been selected you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

• Shift Plan Template: This zone provides details about the shift plan template, such as shift plan controls and the template’s effective period.
• Shift Templates: This zone displays a default weekly calendar view.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Review tab page:

• Preview Calendar: This zone provides a calendar view in order to review details of the shift plan.
