Contacting Oracle Utilities

If you have questions about or issues with Oracle Utilities Opower APIs, submit your query to your Oracle Utilities Opower Delivery Team. Submit the questions using the My Oracle Support (MOS) portal (http://support.oracle.com/). The portal is secure and can be used if Personally Identifiable Information (PII) must be conveyed as part of the request. Additionally you can work with the Oracle Utilities Opower support team to send information using Microsoft SharePoint. The support team will create a SharePoint repository for you and provide its location. If you require support prior to the project launch, contact your Oracle Utilities Opower Delivery Team. The SharePoint repository can be used prior to launch to submit API requests and responses with PII.

Caution:

Never send PII in an email to Oracle Utilities Opower.

Submitting a Request

When submitting the support request, include the entire raw HTTP request and response for your API test case.
  1. Create a support request using http://support.oracle.com/.
  2. Using Postman in the stage environment open the API endpoint request and click the Code button.  

  3. Click the Copy to Clipboard option.

  4. Paste the content into your support request. Ensure that you remove all OAuth parameters and portions from the query string.
