My Outages

The Digital Self Service - Transactions My Outages feature provides customers with personalized information about the outages affecting their service addresses. Customers are presented with a comprehensive view of the outage events that have a direct impact on them. This view provides critical information about the incident such as what caused the outage, work crews status, estimated restoration time, and when the outage was first reported.

When multiple service addresses are affected at once, detailed information is available for each outage impacting the customer.

My outages page which allows for selection of an applicable premise which then lists each applicable outage with details such as location, estimated restoration time, cause, and time of first reporting

In addition to reviewing applicable outages, customers can select options to Report Outages or view the Outage Map.
