This release supports the Oracle Utilities Market Settlements Management upgrade from V2.2.0.2.0, V2.2.0.3.0, V2.3.0.2.0 and V2.4.0.0.0 to V2.5.0.0.0.

Note: If you have a version prior to 2.2.0.2.0, you must install 2.2.0.2.0 before upgrading to 2.5.0.0.0.

If you have v2.3.0.0.0 installed, you must install v2.3.0.2.0 before upgrading to v2.5.0.0.0.
