Viewing an Object’s Erasure Status

The system provides a portal for viewing and editing an erasure schedule record. The portal is accessed from the Object Erasure Schedule sidebar zone. This is a context sensitive zone which only appears when accessing a record for a maintenance object that is configured to be eligible for erasure. It displays the information for the erasure schedule entry for the record in context, if applicable.

To add the zone to an eligible maintenance object:

  • Navigate to Context Sensitive Zone and search for the navigation key for the maintenance object.

  • Add the Object Erasure Schedule zone F1-OBJESRSCD to that navigation key.
