Unassigning Callbacks
You can unassign callbacks that have not been completed. You may unassign callbacks for a single event, or unassign all callbacks assigned to you.
Note: If you exit Web Callbacks, the system automatically unassigns all of your remaining callbacks.

Unassigning Callbacks for a Specific Event
To unassign callbacks for a specific event, complete these steps:
1. On the main Web Callbacks window, select the event for which you want to unassign callbacks.
2. Click the Assign Callbacks button () on the toolbar. The Assign Callbacks window opens.
3. Select the User Name column for the user whose callbacks you wish to unassign.
4. Do one of the following:
To unassign all of the user's remaining callbacks for the event, click the Unassign button. The Assign Callbacks window closes.
To unassign a portion of the user's remaining callbacks for the event, enter a lower number of callbacks in the # Asn column for the user, or a lower percentage of callbacks in the % Assigned column, then press the Enter or Tab key. Click the Save button. The Assign Callbacks window closes.
Unassigning All of Your Callbacks
To unassign all of your callbacks, complete these steps:
1. Click the View My Callback Lists button () on the toolbar. The View My Callback Lists window opens, displaying all events with callbacks assigned to you.
2. Click the Unassign All button. A confirmation dialog box appears.
3. Click Yes on the confirmation dialog box. The View My Callback Lists window closes.
