Understanding the Tool Selector
The Tool Selector (Tool selector button is four boxes and a drop-down downward arrow.) provides a drop‑down list of tools that you may open or switch between. The options are:
• Events and Crews: Displays the Events List and the Crews List; see Working with the Events and Crews Tool on page 27-14.
• DMS Status Summary: Displays the DMS Status Summary; see .
• Map: Displays the Map; see Working with the Map on page 27-28.
• Authority: Opens the Authority dialog box, which allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe from control zones; see Using the Authority Dialog Box on page 27-2.
• Switching Sheet List: Opens the Switching Sheet List; see Understanding Switching in Flex Operations on page 27-44.
• Miscellaneous Log: Opens the Miscellaneous Log; see Using the Miscellaneous Log on page 27-52.
• AMI Requests: Opens the AMI Requests tool; see Working with AMI Requests on page 27-43.
Note: To close a tool, click the Close button (Close button is an X.) on the tool's tab or in the tool's title bar.
