Maintaining Template Construction Work Activities

The Template Construction Work Activity portal is used to display and maintain a template construction work activity record.

You can access the portal from the Template Construction Work Order portal when reviewing or adding a template construction work activity.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Template Construction Work Activity: This zone displays information about the template construction work activity, such as Grand Total, Service Class, Work Class, Planner, Crew, Work Priority, Lead Days information, Checklist Types, and Template Activity Dependency.
  • Template Construction Activity: This zone lists the template construction activities associated with the template construction work activity record.
  • Attachments: This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the template construction work activity record.
  • Notes: This zone displays note information associated with the template construction work activity record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Compatible Units tab page:

  • Template Construction Work Activity CU List: This zone lists the compatible units that have been added to the template construction work activity record.
  • Template Construction Work Activity CU Assignment: This zone enables users to search for and then add compatible units to the template construction work activity record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Resources tab page:

  • Materials: This zone displays the stock item, quantity, and unit price derived from the CUs which can then be modified or added to.
  • Labor and Equipment: This zone displays craft and equipment, rates, and hours derived from the CUs which can then be modified or added to.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Cost tab page:

  • Template Construction Work Activity Cost: This zone displays a summary of overhead and resource costs based on the Overhead that was configured on the template construction work order.
