Bill Segment - Usage

This Usage portal is available when the bill segment has associated usage requests. It displays all usage requests related to the bill segment. Select Menu > Financial > Bill Segment > Search and navigate to the Usage page to view bill segment’s usages.

General Information

Bill Segment ID and Bill Segment Info are displayed.

Bill Segment Usage

The following information is displayed in the Bill Segment Usage zone:

• The Create Date/Time of the usage request.
• The Usage column contains a concatenation of the bill segment's division, SA type, status, and period of the usage request. The usage information links to the Usage Portal for the usage request.
• The Usage ID for the usage request.
