CTI-IVR Integration Configuration

The integration with your Computer Telephony Integration/Interactive Voice Response (CTI/IVR) system requires the setup of master configuration data that controls the Next Caller and Automated Dialer functions.

To set up the CTI/IVR integration master configuration, navigate using Admin > General > Master Configuration. You are brought to an all-in-one portal with options to add/edit the CTI/IVR Integration master configuration record. Refer to the embedded help for more details on how each section in this record is configured.
