What Happens After A Field Activity Is Completed?
When a service order activity completes, if there is a related field activity request this will also be completed. Completing a field activity request that is linked to a pending start service agreement, will also automatically activate the service agreement. Similar, completing a field activity request linked to pending stop service agreements will stop the associated service agreement.
After a field activity that is linked to a severance event is completed, the severance event becomes complete. This, in turn, triggers the activation of the next event.
