Customer Outage Information

This page displays outage information for an account as reported from an external outage management system. Outage event notifications may be interfaced from any outage management system using the Outage Events Notifications web service.

The portal is used to provide additional information for outage insights when presented as part of the Customer 360 dashboard. You can also access the portal from the Account context menu .

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page.

  • Outages. This zone lists active and planned outage events impacting the account.
  • Recently Restored. This zone lists recently restored outage events related to the account.
  • Outage Details. This zone displays additional information about an outage event selected in the open or recently restored outage events.
