This section describes the database upgrade process for the Oracle Utilities Application Framework database since the last release. It highlights changes made to the administrative tables and how those changes should be applied to the data in order for your current database to work with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework application, and to preserve the business logic implemented in the previous version of the application.
