Maintaining Timesheet Quick Entry

The Timesheet Quick Entry portal is used to create timesheet detail records.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Work Management, then select Timesheet Quick Entry. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for your timesheet quick entry records. Once a record has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal where you can create, view, and update the associated timesheet detail records and then process and complete the entry using the completion event to create the appropriate timesheet header and timesheet detail records.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Timesheet Quick Entry: This zone displays the status and new timesheet detail records created by the user.
  • Timesheet Quick Entry Completion Event: This zone displays timesheet quick entry completion events associated with the record.
