Maintaining Work Categories
The Work Category portal is used to maintain work categories. A work category describes a broad category of work.
Refer to About Work Orders for more information.
You can access this portal from Admin, select W, then select Work Category.
The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:
- Work Category List: This zone lists all the work categories. Broadcast a record to display the details for the selected record.
- Work Category: This zone provides information about the selected work category.
