Defining Approval Profiles

The Approval Profile portal is used to display and maintain approval profiles.

You can access the portal from the Admin menu, select WAM General, then select Approval Profile. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching. Once your record has been selected you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Approval Profile: This zone provides information about the approval profile.
  • Approval Information: This zone provides additional details about the approval profile, such as the To Do to be used and the hierarchy to use when an approval record is submitted.
  • User Groups: This zone provides information on what user groups can create the approval request.
