Maintaining Timesheets

The Timesheet portal is used to display and maintain a timesheet record.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Work Management, then select Timesheet. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific timesheet. Once a timesheet has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Timesheet Display: This zone displays information about the timesheet. This zone displays the status, employee, and time period of the timesheet. Timesheet summary section displays a chart that includes the craft and regular, overtime, and total hours summarized for the timesheet.
  • Timesheet Detail Quick Add: This zone enables a user to quickly enter timesheet details.
  • Timesheet Details: This zone displays information from the timesheet details.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Log tab page:

  • Timesheet Log: This zone displays log details for the timesheet.
  • Approval Request History: This zone displays approval service histories for the timesheet.
