Work Classes
A work class represents a broad category of work. Some examples of work classes may be planned, unplanned, or capital. Users can use Work Classes as a way to drive a specific list of available Work Categories.
Some of the main uses for work class are as follows:.
Users are able to filter their work by work class. For example, to see only planned work or capital jobs for that day.
Reports can be generated for the individual work classes.
Work classes can be defined at an organizational level and by access group so that only users in a particular organization who are included as part of that access group will be able to see a particular work class and its related work categories.
