2.2 Accounting Enquiry
Accounting Enquiry option allows the user to view the transactions in an account. This topic describes the systematic instructions to enquire an account for transactions.
Specify User Name and
Password, and login to Home
screen.
- On Home screen, click Corporate Account Enquiries.
- Under Corporate Account Enquiries, click Accounting Enquiry or specify Accounting Enquiry in the Menu Item Search bar and select the screen.The Accounting Enquiry screen displays.
- Specify the fields on the screen.

Table 2-2 Accounting Enquiry - Field Description
Field Description Account Number Enter the Account Number or click the search icon to view the Account Number pop-up window. By default, this window lists all the Account Numbers present in the system. You can search for a specific Account Number by providing your Customer ID, Account Number, or Account Name and clicking Fetch. Account Name The account name is displayed. Branch Code The branch code is displayed. Sub Account Number Specify and select the sub account number from the drop-down list. Currency The currency is displayed. External Transaction Reference Number Specify the external reference number as part of EA / ECA provided by the product processor. Source Code Specify the source from the list from which the transaction was sent. Duration List of values are – - Today (Default)
- Date Range - click calender and specify the From Date and To Date for the account transactions.
Note:
From Date must be lesser than To Date. To Date can include "Today". - Last 'n' Transactions - this option can be used to specify the number of transactions to be fetched. Maximum value of 'n' is 200. Only completed transactions are displayed.
Show Unauthorized Select this check box to display the list of all unauthorized transactions. - Click Search.

- Transaction Date
- Value Date
- Account Currency Amount
- Debit / Credit
- Transaction Status
