2 Building Interest Classes

A class is a specific type of component that can be built with certain attributes. This chapter explains how interest classes are built and how attributes are defined.

  • The module in which you can use the class
  • The interest type
  • The association event
  • The basis amount on which the interest is paid
  • The rate type
  • The default rate code (for floating interest)
