5.20.1 Generating Free Format Messages for Multiple Participants

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

1. On the homepage, type OLDFFMSG and click next arrow.
   The Free Format Messages - Multiple Participants screen is displayed.

   Note:

   The fields which are marked in asterisk red are mandatory fields.

2. Thereafter, select New from the menu. The Free Format Message screen is displayed without any details. Alternatively, you can also select invoke this screen by clicking the PartFFT in the Contract Diary Event screen.
   When you click on the New button, system automatically generates a unique FFMT Reference No for the free format message.
