3.1 Link on Bank Portal

This topic provides the systematic instructions for navigating to the claim money link from the bank portal page.

To claim money:

1. Navigate to Claim Money as follows:
   From the OBDX bank portal page , click Customer Services menu, then click Claim Money
2. Navigate to the OBDX bank portal page.
   The pre-login page of the bank’s portal appears.

3. Select the Claim Money option from the menu.
   The Claim Money page appears.
