1. On Homepage, specify PSSORACK in the text box, and click Next arrow.

   • Receipt Reference
   • Original Transaction Reference
   • Message Identification
   • Message Name Identification
3. Once user specified the parameters, click the Search button.
   System displays the records that match the search criteria.
