1. Click the Other Details button under Direct Debit Transaction Information section of Customer Direct Debit Payment Initiation Input screen.

   • Charge Details
   • Ultimate Creditor Details
   • Ultimate Debtor

3. Click Payments Information tab to invoke this screen.
