1.12 Third Party Maintenance

This topic describes the systematic instruction to maintain Third Party Maintenance.

Specify User Id and Password, and login to Homescreen.
  1. On Homescreen, specify TFDTPMNT in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Third party Maintenance screen is displayed.

  2. On Third Party Maintenance screen, specify the fields

    Field Description
    Third Party ID Indicate the Third Party ID
    Third Party Name Indicate the Third Party Name

    The field is Mandatory.
    Address 1 Specify the address of the party.

    The field is Mandatory.
    Address 2 Specify the address of the party.
    Address 3 Specify the address of the party.
    Address 4 Specify the address of the party.
    Country LOV to get the third party country

    The field is Mandatory.
    Pin Code Indicate the third party pin code
    Third Party Category Indicate the category of third party

    The field is Mandatory.
    Language LOV to get language of third party
    BIC Code LOV to get BIC code of third party
    Home Branch Indicate the Home Branch
    Remarks Indicate the Remarks
    Structured - Hybrid Adress For more details on this button, refer Table 1-15 step.
    1. On the Third Party Maintenance screen, click the Structured - Hybrid Address button.
      The Third Party Structured - Hybrid Address is displayed.

      Third Party ID Specify the Third Party ID of a customer.
      Structured Payment Address Specify the following payments releated details.
      Department Name Specify the Department Name of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Sub Department Specify the Sub Department of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Street Name Specify the Street Name of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Building Number Specify the Building Number of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Building Name Specify the Building Name of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Floor Specify the Floor of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Post Box Specify the Post Box of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Room Specify the Room number of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Post Code Specify the Post Code of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Town Name Specify the Town Name of a customer.

      This field is mandatory.
      Town Location Name Specify the Town Location Name of a customer.

      District Name Specify the District Name of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Country Sub Division Specify the Country Sub Division of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Country Specify the Country Code of a customer from the list of values.

      This field is mandatory.
      Hybrid Address Specify the following hybrid adress.
      Address Line1 Specify the Address of a customer.

      This field is optional.
      Address Line2 Specify the Address of a customer.

      This field is optional.
