2.7.1 Maintain STP Preferences

This topic provides the systematic instruction to maintain STP preferences.

STP Preferences maintenance screen is required to set the STP preferences while processing in OBTF.

1. On Homepage, type MSDTFSPF in the text box, and click next arrow.

   The Trade Finance STP Preferences Maintenance screen is displayed.

2. On Trade Finance STP Preferences Maintenance screen, specify the fields.
   For more information on fields, refer to Table 2-8:

   Table 2-8 Trade Finance STP Preferences Maintenance - Field Description

   Field	Description
   Branch Code	Specify the branch code to set the STP preference. Alternatively, you can select from the list.
   Description	The system defaults the branch description based on the branch code selected.
   Message/Sub Message Type	Specify the message type which is classified based on message types and swift MT 798. Alternatively, you can select from the list.
   Envelope Message Type	The system defaults the Envelope Message Type. This is classified based on MT798.
   Queue Name	Specify the queue name where the STP preference belongs to. Alternatively, you can select from the list.
   Post Upload Status	After uploading the message has the provision to take it up till the following options: Authorised Unauthorised On Hold
   When No Beneficiary	When beneficiary details are not provided in message, message shall be either Suspended or Mark as Repair.
   On Override	If any override during processing the message can be Ignored/Processed/Rejected.
   On Error	Select this option if any error during processing Reject/Hold the message.
