3.2 Maintain Trade Finance Hold Release

This topic provides the systematic instruction to maintain hold Release screen.

User can hold/release the messages for the provided Media, Message type, Currency, Product code, Branch, Module Id and Receiver combination in the Trade Finance Hold Release Maintenance screen.

1. On Homepage, type MSDTFHDR in the text box, and click next arrow.
   The Trade Finance Hold Release Maintenance screen is displayed.

2. On Trade Finance Hold Release Maintenance screen, specify the fields.
   For more information on fields, refer to Table 3-2:

   Field	Description
   Media	The media through which messages to a customer should be transmitted.
   Message Type	Specify the type of the message to be sent to the customer.
   Currency	Specify the currency or *.* for all currencies.
   Product Code	Specify the product code to be applied for hold/release.
   Branch	Specify the branch for which you are maintaining the preferences.
   Module	Specify the module for which you are maintaining message types.
   Receiver	Specify the Receiver of the message.
   Effective Date/Time	Specify the date from which Hold/Release is applicable from.
   Criteria	Select the criteria. The following options are available: Hold - To hold the message Release - To release the message if generated.
