1.3 Process Service Location Maintenance

This topic provides the systematic instructions to maintain time zone for a particular service location.

It is available in FMG module.

1. On Home screen, type UTDSERLC in the text box, and click Next.
   The Service Location Maintenance screen is displayed.

2. On Service Location Maintenance screen, click New to enter the details.
   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Field	Description
   Service Location	Alphanumeric; 50 Characters; Mandatory Specify the service location of the customer.
   Service Location Description	Alphanumeric; 255 Characters; Mandatory Specify the service location description of the customer.
   Description	Display The system displays the description for the selected customer category.
   Time Zone	Alphanumeric; 12 Characters; Optional Specify the time zone as maintained in the Time Zone Maintenance screen. Alternatively, you can also select time zone from the LOV list.
   Time Zone Description	Display The system displays the description of the time zone maintained.
