3.20.8 Dynamic Topic Subscription

This topic describes the systematic instructions to subscribe or manage dynamic event topics.

  1. From Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click Credit Decision.
  2. Under Credit Decision, click Maintenance. Under Maintenance, click Dynamic Topic Subscription.
    The Dynamic Topic Subscription screen is displayed.

    Note:

    The fields marked as Required are mandatory.
    For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

    Field Description
    Event Name Displays the name of event which to be subscribed.
    Application ID Displays the application ID.
    Event Description Displays the description for the event .
    Product Processor Displays the product processor.
    Actions Displays the action which can be performed on record.

    The user can subscribed the event.

Subscribing an Event

  1. Enter search parameters, and click Search icon icon to search specific event from the event list.
  2. In the Actions column, click the tickmark icon against the event.
    The Create Topic Subscription dialog box is displayed.

  3. Specify the fields on the Create Topic Subscription popup screen.

    Note:

    The fields marked as Required are mandatory.
    For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

    Field Description
    Product Processor Select the product processor from the drop-down list.

    This field is mandatory for the event subscribing.

    Event Description Specify the description for the event .

    This field is mandatory for the event subscribing.

    Event Name Displays the name of event which to be subscribed.
  4. Click Subscribe to subscribe event.
    Upon successful subscription, the Actions column displays a green tick for that event.

Cancelling an Event Subscription

  1. In the Actions column, click on the green tick icon next to the event to manage subscribed event.
    A Delete confirmation popup screen is displayed.

  2. Click Confirm to cancel the event subscription.
    The success message of event unsubscription is displayed.
    Additional Notes:
    • Upon successful subscription, the Actions column displays a green tick for that event.
    • Use the search feature to easily navigate and manage multiple events.
    • All mandatory fields have been completed to enable the subscription option.
    • Event status is updated immediately upon cancellation.
