8.2.6 Approve Access Requests

• When an Oracle operator submits a request, Managed Access sends an email notification to designated approvers.
• The email includes the environment, the requested duration, and a link to review the request in the Oracle Cloud Console.
• If multiple approval levels are configured, each level receives notifications and must approve the request before access is granted.
• From the request Actions menu, approvers can choose Approve, Decline, or Revoke.
• The Access Requests page can be used to audit and track requests over time.
