Editing a Reclassification Rule
Users can edit every configuration of a rule which is in Draft status. But once a rule is published, users can edit only the following sections such as Define Rule, Define Segment Scope, Select Segment Attributes and Define Header and Line Mapping. Users cannot edit the Upload AHCS Template section since the updated mapping cannot be re-registered in the Accounting Hub application.
Note:
Although the Define Header and Line Mapping section remains editable after a rule is published, the Upload AHCS Template step cannot be edited. Therefore, users cannot upload or register an updated mapping with Accounting Hub after publication. Do not edit Header and Line Mapping for a published Reclassification rule. Any changes made after publication will not be reflected in Accounting Hub, because re-registering the SLA for a Reclassification rule is not supported.To edit a reclassification rule, follow these steps:
- Login to the AFCS application.
- On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link. The SLA Summary page is displayed.
- Click Reclassification tab at the bottom of the page and the Reclassification Summary page is displayed.
- Search for the rule that you wish to edit using the search bar, and click on the Rule Name link.

Once the edited configuration is saved, it is reflected in a rule when it is execution through the Reclassification Rule Event PMF pipeline.
