16.2.3.3 Troubleshooting Encryption Error

• Encryption Errors: Unable to encrypt the file. Please make sure the Encryption Key entered by Admin is valid.
• Decryption Errors: Unable to decrypt the file. Please make sure the Encryption Key entered by Admin is valid.
• Invalid Key Format: Invalid encryption key format. Please provide the key in Base64-encoded KEY:IV format.
