14.2 Enabling Reclassification for a Tenant

Beginning with 26C release, Reclassification is controlled by a tenant-level Feature Flag and is disabled by default. Before users can create or manage Reclassification rules, an Admin user belonging to the AFCSADMNGRP user group must enable the feature for the tenant.

When to Enable Reclassification

• • Existing tenant with Reclassification configured — The tenant already has Reclassification rules configured.
• New tenant — A newly provisioned tenant that requires Reclassification to be configured.
• Existing tenant without Reclassification — An existing tenant that is not currently configured to use Reclassification.

To enable reclassification, follow these steps:

1. Login to the AFCS application.
2. From the Home page, navigate to Administration.
3. Navigate to Report Configuration tab and click Refresh Metadata.
4. Under Administration, navigate to Offerings tab.
5. For the Auto Reclassification feature, under More option click Enable to enable this feature in the application.
