Changing Password

Users can change the password to access the OFSAA Application when required.

All the OFSAA Users (Sysadmn, Sysauth and Business User) will be prompted to change the password after the first login. This is a mandatory step. Set the new password based on the configured guidelines.
To change the password of the OFSAA Application:
  1. Login to the OFSAA Application.
  2. Select the Username and click Change Password to access the OFSAA Login page.

    Note:

    The Change Password option is available if:
    • SMS Authentication and Authorization is configured as Authentication Type in System Configuration.
    • LDAP Authentication and SMS Authorization is configured as Authentication Type in System Configuration and the SMS Auth Only is selected for the user in User Maintenance settings.
    • SSO Authentication and SMS Authorization is configured as Authentication Type in System Configuration and SMS Auth Only is selected for the user in User Maintenance settings.
  3. Enter the Old Password.
  4. Enter the New Password and confirm it.
  5. Click OK.
If you encounter any of the following problems, contact the System Administrator:
  • Your User ID and password are not recognized.
  • Your User ID is locked after three consecutive unsuccessful attempts.
  • Your User ID has been disabled.
