Changing Password
Users can change the password to access the OFSAA Application when required.
All the OFSAA Users (Sysadmn, Sysauth and Business User) will be
prompted to change the password after the first login.
This is a
mandatory step. Set the new password based on the configured guidelines.
To change the password of the OFSAA Application:
If you encounter any of the following problems, contact the System
Administrator:
- Your User ID and password are not recognized.
- Your User ID is locked after three consecutive unsuccessful attempts.
- Your User ID has been disabled.
