Editing a Forms Definition

You can edit the Forms Definitions that are saved in draft format.
To edit a Forms Definition:
  1. Click Menuin the Forms Definition that is in Draft status, and then select Edit.

    The Configure page is displayed.
  2. Perform the required modifications to the Forms Definition and then click Submit.
    The Forms Definition is changed to Awaiting status in Forms Definition- Summary. If you select Auto Approve while editing, the Forms Definition is automatically approved.
