Reinstating Deleted Users

User Reinstate feature allows the System Administrators to reinstate deleted users. After reinstating, you should map the users to the required user groups.
To reinstate deleted users
  1. Click Reinstate User under User Administrator in the Security Management menu. The User Reinstate window is displayed.

    This illustration shows the User Reinstate window, which allows the System Administrators to reinstate deleted users. After reinstating, you should map the users to the required user groups. The window has panes, such as Search and Filter and User Reinstate. You can specify the deleted user details to search , select the user that you want to reinstate and click the Reinstate icon to reinstate the deleted user.

    All deleted users are displayed in the User Reinstate pane.
  2. Select the user you want to reinstate and click the Reinstate icon.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Ok.
    The reinstated user(s) will have the same user id and the password will be reset as “password0”.
