Before you Begin

The following roles must be assigned to you before you can approve or reject a Forms Definition from the Forms Definition Summary page:

  • DMIDGNWRTE (Data Designer Write): Add, Edit, or Copy Forms Definition.
  • DMIDSGNREAD (Data Designer Read): View the Forms Definition - Summary Page. This role does not allow view, edit, or adding actions.
  • DMIDSGNSUM (Designer Records List): View the list of Designer Forms Definition
  • DMIEXLSUM (Excel Uploaded Records List): View the list of Excel Forms Definition
  • DMIALLSUM (Designer and Excel Records List): View the list of all Forms Definition
  • DMIDGNATH (Data Designer Auth): Approve Forms Definitions
  • DMIDGNREJ (Data Designer Reject): Reject Forms Definitions
