Adding Evaluation Scoring

To add evolution scoring:

1. Expand Evaluation Scoring.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Evaluation Scoring: Select the score type. The options are:
     • Fixed: If this option is selected, then the score should be entered in the text box displayed.
     • Lookup: This option shows the lookup tables.
     • Expression: This option shows the list based on the selected Activity.
   • Change Description: Enter the change description details. This is a mandatory field.
3. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed.
