4.4.2.3.1 Adding Comments to an Account
To add a comment to an account, follow these steps:
- In the Exemption Details page, click Accounts tab to display all accounts that are exempted under the viewed Exemption ID.
- Select a record from the list of Accounts.
- Select Comments from LHS menu option to display all comments related to the particular account.
- Click Add to add a comment. The Add Comment window is displayed.
- Enter comments in the comments field and click Save. A confirmation window is displayed.
- Click OK to confirm the addition of comments to the selected account record.
