4 Managing Exemptions

This chapter outlines the workflow of an Exemption, managing the Search and List page, and managing the Exemption Details page. Exemptions can be created on Customers, Accounts, and Tax Identifiers. Exempt entities are considered exempt from the filing of CTRs. When designated as exempt Oracle marks transactions associated with those entities as exempt and they generate only Audit CTRs and not CTRs meant for filing.
