3.5 Sending Batch E-Files Using SDTM

CTR allows batch E-Filing using FinCEN's Secure Data Transfer Mode (SDTM), a secure mechanism for transferring batch submissions from an organization's internal server to the BSA E-Filing server. If your implementation is using SDTM to file automatically, you are still able to generate an E-File using the Generate E-file window, but you will not be able to manually upload or track the new e-file.

When the E-File is successfully generated, the status will be E-File available for SDTM.

If the E-Filing is successful, the status will be updated to either Acceptedor Accepted with Warnings.
If the E-Filing is not successful, the status is set to Rejectedand the included CTRs are set toFiled- Efile Rejected
