3.4.1 Notification Email for E-File

1. If the E-Filing is successful, an email is sent to the action taker with the following details:
   • From– CTR
   • Subject– E-File Generated Successfully
   • Body– E-FileID XXX has been successfully generated and is ready for submission.
2. If the E-Filing is not successful, an email is sent to the action taker with the following details:
   • From– CTR
   • Subject– E-File Generation Failed
   • Body– We were unable to complete creation of requested e-file due to an error. Please con- tact your application administrator for details of the error and how to proceed.
