Creating a Sequence Matcher Job

To create a sequence matcher job, follow these steps:

1. Click Windows in the File menu, select the Jobs option, and then click Sequence Matcher
2. From the Job menu, select New.
3. Click the Job Options tab and enter information in the following fields:
   • Description
   • Status
4. Click the Seq Matcher Options tab and select one or more patterns and any appropriate option.
5. Click the DataSets tab and follow these steps:
   • Click Select to select a dataset. Refer to Common Features for instructions on using the Select a Dataset dialog box.
   • Optional: Configure the job for a Salient Entity.
6. From the Job menu, select Save.
   The system saves your job. If you selected the New option as the status, the job is made available to the dispatcher to execute immediately.
