Defining Threshold Sets

Use the following guidelines when defining threshold sets:

The threshold set name must be unique to any other threshold set that exists in the current scenario.

Note:

Before using the Threshold Manager to define threshold sets for a scenario, you must first create a scenario in a scenario editor. Then you can use the Threshold Manager to define your threshold sets and then use those threshold sets in the Sequence Scenario, Rule Scenario, or DataSet Editors.

To define a threshold set, follow these steps:

1. From the Threshold Set menu of the Thresholds Editor, select New.
2. Enter the appropriate name for the new threshold set and click OK to confirm.
   The threshold set displays in the Threshold Sets area.
   Optional : Add any comments in the Comment field.
3. Make the desired changes to the threshold in the Threshold Definer tab.
4. Click Update to confirm your changes.
5. From the File menu, select Save to save your threshold set.
