Reverting a DataSet

You can use the Revert option to return to previous settings of a dataset if you did not save the dataset with modifications. When you save a dataset with changes, you cannot revert to a previous version.

The ability to revert to previous settings is limited to a removal of all changes, not a removal of partial or selected changes.

To revert dataset elements, follow these steps:

1. From the DataSet menu, select the Revert option from an opened dataset that you have not saved, however, have made changes to.

   A Confirm dialog box displays.

2. Click Yes to remove any modifications you made and return the dataset to its last saved state.
