Copy (Save As) a Process Elements Mapping

The Copy Save As feature enables you to copy the details from an existing Process Elements Mapping to a new Process Elements Mapping by using a new Legal Entity or Entities. Perform the following steps to copy and save a Process Elements Mapping:
  1. Select the desired Process Elements Mapping.
  2. Click the Action icon.
  3. Select Save As to open the Save As window.
  4. In the Save As window, enter a name and description in the Name and Description fields.
  5. Click the Select Date icon in the Effective Start Date field to select a date.
  6. Click Save. The Process Elements Mapping is saved under a new name.
  7. Select the newly saved Process Elements Mapping from the Process Elements Mapping Summary page.
  8. Click the Action icon and then select Edit.
  9. Populate the relevant fields.
  10. Click Save and then click Submit to submit this Process Elements Mapping to the Approver for approval.
