Edit a Process Elements Mapping

The Edit feature enables you to update the details of an existing Process Elements Mapping. Perform the following steps to edit an existing Process Elements Mapping:

Note:

Process Elements Mappings that have the status as Approved or Pending for Authorization cannot be edited.

1. In the Process Elements Mapping list, select the Action icon adjacent to the Process Elements Mapping name that you want to edit.
2. Click Edit to open the Process Elements Mapping window.
3. Edit the relevant fields.
4. Click Save and then click Submit.

   If a previously Rejected Process Elements Mapping was modified, then when the Submit button is clicked, the Approval Process begins.

5. Additionally, navigate to the Audit Panel and then to the Comments tab to view any comments from the Approver in case the Process Elements Mapping has the status as Rejected.

The saved Process Elements Mapping is displayed in the Process Elements Mapping list on the Process Elements Mapping Summary page.
